Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will engage in both individual and couples therapy sessions, addressing a wide range of issues that impact family dynamics. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand the specific needs of both individual family members and the family unit as a whole.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to address issues such as grief and loss, job stress, communication difficulties, separation and divorce adjustments, and blended family dynamics.

• Facilitating conflict resolution between family members, including siblings and parents, and addressing topics like alcohol and psychological abuse.
\n
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.
\n
• Participating in ongoing professional development and training to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices in family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents. As an LMFT at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with clients facing various challenges, such as mental health disorders, relationship issues, and adjustment difficulties. Qualifications\n
