Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs through detailed interviews and standardized screening tools, to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Create and implement individualized treatment strategies that directly address the unique circumstances and aspirations of each client.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based approaches to help clients explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors in a supportive environment.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide integrated and holistic care, ensuring that all aspects of client health are addressed.

• Offer guidance and education to clients’ families, fostering an understanding of mental health issues and encouraging their involvement in the treatment process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory mandates, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and accountability.
