MACHINE OPERATOR
Monday - Thursday
6:00 am - 2:30 pm
$15.50 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Set up and operate CNC and other manufacturing equipment to complete machining tasks (turning, boring, facing, threading)
- Load materials and verify measurements using tape measures and gauges
- Monitor machine controls and displays to ensure proper settings, speeds, and accuracy
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and specification standards
- Perform routine quality checks and assist with equipment cleaning and changeovers
- Track material usage, reduce waste, and ensure tools/measuring devices are properly calibrated
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Complete required production paperwork and data entry accurately
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0–2 years of manufacturing or machining experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork
