Your Impact on the Team

As a key member of our production floor, you won't just be "working a line"-you'll be the guardian of quality and efficiency. Your day-to-day will include:

• Precision Operations: Performing vital quality checks and assisting with equipment change-overs.

• Inventory Mastery: Keeping our workflow smooth by accurately reporting material usage and minimizing waste.

• Safety Leadership: Maintaining a pristine workspace and following OSHA-standard safety habits to ensure everyone goes home safe.

• Technical Support: Completing essential paperwork and data entry to keep our plant running like a well-oiled machine.

What You Bring to the Table

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: While this is an entry-level position , any previous manufacturing experience is a major plus!

• Mindset: Sharp attention to detail and a "safety-first" attitude.

• Physical Readiness: Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stay active (bending, lifting, and standing) for the majority of your shift and repetitive motion demands.

1st Shift: Mon-Thu 4:30pm-3am

$18/hr
