Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones and wireless services to the general public Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns Increase knowledge of telecom products and services continuously Observe sales reps; teach best practices and ensure top-tier customer service Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals Prepare Wireless Specialist reviews with approval from District Sales Manager Facilitate new hire sales training and ensure required elements are completed Pre-screen, interview, and hire new employees with approval from District Sales Manager Conduct disciplinary action plans as needed with approval from District Sales Manager Qualifications Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills to build relationships with diverse customers Motivation and inner drive to learn, grow, and excel Affinity for technology and ability to quickly learn wireless Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Outgoing, motivating, confident team leader with strong inspiring ability Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Russell Cellular is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
