Job Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, restaurant experience strongly preferred
• High school diploma or G.E.D. required; college degree preferred
• ServSafe certification required
• Proven leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to manage a 50-hour workweek, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment across multiple locations
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 15 lbs, and periodically access roof areas for maintenance oversight

Job Responsibilities:

As the Multi-Unit General Manager overseeing two new restaurant openings in Phoenix, AZ, you will:

• Serve as the acting General Manager for both locations, driving daily execution of operations, guest service, and financial performance
• Lead the launch of two new restaurants, building teams and systems from the ground up
• Manage labor, COGS, and controllable expenses to hit profitability targets at both sites
• Recruit, train, and retain strong management and team members across both locations
• Set the tone for a high-performing culture centered on hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations at each restaurant
• Communicate performance updates, challenges, and wins to senior leadership
• Execute local marketing initiatives to drive traffic and grow sales
• Oversee facility maintenance and ensure clean, organized, efficient restaurant environments
• Uphold food safety standards, including critical control point monitoring, and report risks immediately
