We're looking for a Chief Estimator to lead our estimating team, drive accuracy in bids, and ensure our continued growth and success. What You'll Do: Lead and oversee the estimating department, ensuring competitive and profitable bids. Develop accurate cost estimates for large commercial and industrial electrical projects. Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to determine scope and risks. Manage preconstruction efforts, working closely with project management and field teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients. Implement and refine estimating processes, tools, and best practices. Mentor and develop junior estimators to strengthen our team. What We're Looking For: 10+ years of electrical estimating experience, with a strong background in large-scale projects. Deep knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry pricing. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and collaborate cross-functionally. Strong proficiency in estimating software and Excel. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. A team-first mindset aligned with our core values: Humble, Hungry, and Smart.
