A motivating workplace with additional benefits plays a big part in our success. * Profit sharing for all employees * TIGER Golden Award for special performance * Fitness subsidy * Remote position based in Minneapolis & Minnesota * Overnight Travel 50%-75% * Work hours should be Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm (on call as needed) * Technical & personal development opportunities * Great Benefit Package * Many more benefits and perks Main Responsibilities * Sales * Responsible for direct sales for all existing and future customers in prescribed territory * Understand entire TIGER product portfolio and make appropriate product recommendations * Maintain and develop existing and new customers to optimize service, sales growth, and customer satisfaction * Manage product/service mix, pricing, and margins according to company policy * Integrate individual sales efforts with other organized marketing activities and/or other regions where required * Respond to and follow up with sales inquiries * Monitor and support current market and competitor activities * Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage assigned customers * Technical service & training of the customers' applicators including trouble shooting in conjunction with AFS. * Administrative Services * Enter and maintains data into Smart Business Client for SAP * Forecast sales for the region * Report as required by company TIGER Drylac USA, Inc is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
