Condron Sweda Advertising is an established and highly respected advertising agency in Clarks Green, PA, serving a diverse range of clients. We are seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Manager. Full-time or part-time for an on-site position. Qualifications include: Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. Background in accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations; strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Candidates should also have strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal team members. Responsibilities include bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions, processing invoices and payments, and reconciling accounts; coordinating with the agency’s accounting firm; office administration; supporting customer service needs; and providing administrative assistance to the agency’s 10 team members in a professional office environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
