Marketing Communications CoordinatorOur client, a Global Insurance company, is looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator for their Columbia, SC location.Responsibilities:The Marketing Communications Coordinator will support a high-priority rebranding initiative focused on updating the full collection of enrollment materials for Client Benefits' largest client cases.This role will help ensure all materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with the new brand direction.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Coordinate the rebranding of enrollment materials across Client Benefits' largest casesReview existing materials and track updates needed to align with new brand standardsWork closely with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to move projects forwardManage deadlines, version control, and approval workflows for multiple deliverablesEnsure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all updated materialsSupport the organization and maintenance of project files, status updates, and communication logsHelp identify and resolve issues that may affect timelines or deliverable qualityAssist with additional marketing communications tasks as neededSuccess in this role means:Enrollment materials are updated accurately and on scheduleStakeholders are kept informed and aligned throughout the processBrand consistency is maintained across all deliverablesThe rebranding effort is executed efficiently with minimal reworkRequirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience1–3 years of experience in marketing communications, project coordination, or a related roleStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfort working with cross-functional teams and handling feedbackProficiency with Microsoft Office and other collaboration/project management toolsWhy Should You Apply?Health BenefitsReferral ProgramExcellent growth and advancement opportunities
