WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOKS LIKE AS OUR BARBERING INSTRUCTOR

Each day, you will step onto the clinic floor as a steady and confident leader, guiding eager future barbers as they develop real-world skills from the ground up. By bringing techniques to life through demonstrations of haircuts, shaves, and grooming services, you exemplify what exceptional customer service looks like. You will coach students through every step of their hands-on practice, ensuring that the classroom runs smoothly and with purpose. Your engaging instruction will track each student's progress, answer technical questions in the moment, and consistently help every future professional grow their confidence through clear guidance, encouragement, and expert guidance.

QUALIFICATIONS TO BECOME OUR BARBERING INSTRUCTOR

We're looking for someone who can work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and brings:

• A current barber license or a barbering instructor license (we will train the right candidate)
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Robust supervisory, collaborative, and documentation abilities
• Consistent work history with references that can be verified
• Integrity, professionalism, dependability, and a true enthusiasm for barbering

Preferred Qualifications - Training Available for the Right Candidate

• Experience or education in barbering
• Knowledge of Paul Mitchell products
• Experience in teaching barbering
