A successful candidate will manage company-generated leads, follow up with potential customers, and generally oversee the execution of projects from start to finish. This role demands excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Potential for high earnings with a base income plus commission. Lead Management Promptly follow up on company-generated leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Schedule and conduct home inspections with potential customers to assess their roofing and home exterior needs. (training provided) Sales Process Develop and present tailored proposals to customers, clearly outlining the scope of work, materials, project timeline, and cost estimates. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. Project Oversight Coordinate with Production Team to ensure seamless execution of contracted work. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to the proposed schedule and quality standards. Communicate regularly with clients throughout the project lifecycle to provide updates and ensure satisfaction. Customer Service Maintain relationships with customers. Provide exceptional post-project support and address any follow-up service needs. Obtain client feedback and testimonials to help improve service offerings. Qualifications Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Ability to read and understand project plans and documentation. Sales experience NOT required. Knowledge of roofing materials, installation processes, and home exterior systems NOT required.
