Hotel Sales Coordinator

Job Overview The role is primarily focused on inside sales, handling group and meeting space inquiries, coordinating event logistics, and supporting both reactive and proactive sales efforts. The coordinator ensures a seamless experience from inquiry to event execution by maintaining accurate information, clear communication, and attention to detail. Property Location: 3351 Percy Drive – Cape Girardeau, Missouri 63701 Responsibilities Promote and sell guest rooms and meeting facilities in collaboration with sales and hotel leadership. Coordinate meeting room details and incoming inquiries. Conduct proactive sales calls for new business and maintain relationships with existing clients. Assist with sales blitzes, tradeshows, and other promotional opportunities as needed. Maintain high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality when representing Drury culture.
