RV Sales Associate

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. When you join us as a first time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws.

Successful team members can earn $50,000 - $150,000 or more annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses available to those who qualify.

Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs

Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team

Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer

High school diploma or equivalent is required

• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Maine you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned. In all other states, you will receive minimum compensation equal to an hourly rate not less than $12.25, or the applicable state hourly minimum wage, if higher, which offsets variable compensation earned.
