International Trading Position国际交易岗

任职要求：

1. International students currently studying in China are preferred; master’s degree or above, majoring in international trade, energy, finance or other related disciplines. Graduated or enrolled international students from domestic universities may apply without full-time work experience; those with internship experience in bulk commodity or crude oil trading are prioritized.
2. Fluent in business English and Mandarin for daily work purposes. Able to conduct independent negotiations with overseas clients, compose business emails and process full English business affairs, and adapt to cross-time zone communication.
3. Possess basic knowledge of international crude oil trading procedures, familiar with cross-border settlement, letters of credit, vessel chartering, logistics and other fundamental business operations.
4. Fixed workplace options: Qingdao or Singapore. Employees based in Singapore shall travel back to the Qingdao headquarters regularly, and must be adaptable to cross-border business trips and cross-time zone work.
5. Capable of basic business negotiation and risk identification; strong compliance awareness, proficient in cross-department collaboration, and able to independently maintain trading ledgers and manage customer relations.

1. 在华外籍留学生优先，硕士及以上学历，国际贸易、能源、金融等相关对口专业；国内高校在读毕业外籍留学生，可无全职工作经验，有大宗商品 / 原油贸易实习经历优先。
2. 商务英语、汉语流利，可作为工作语言，可独立开展海外客户谈判、邮件及全英文业务处理，适配跨时区业务沟通。

3、了解原油国际贸易基础流程，熟悉跨境结算、信用证、租船物流等基础业务知识。

4、可选择青岛或新加坡固定办公，新加坡驻点人员需定期回青岛总部出差，能够适应跨境业务出差与跨时区工作。

1. Conduct physical crude oil international trading business; communicate with overseas suppliers and partners to handle inquiries, carry out business negotiations, negotiate contracts and push forward contract signing and implementation.
2. Track international crude oil market conditions, analyze price trends, compile market information to support trading decisions.
3. Manage the whole trading execution process; cooperate with vessel chartering, risk control, finance and other departments to follow up title of goods, documents, shipping logistics, settlement and reconciliation.
4. Coordinate vessel docking and voyage execution, and resolve various emergencies encountered in cross-border business operations.
5. Maintain overseas cooperative resources, expand international business channels and manage partner information.
6. Implement risk control and compliance requirements for businesses, participate in contract risk review, and complete trading ledger maintenance and document filing.
7. Prepare business reports and statistical data, assist internal business reviews, and complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

1、负责原油实货国际贸易业务，对接海外供应商、合作方，开展询盘、商务谈判、合同磋商与签约落地。

2、跟踪国际原油市场行情，研判价格走势，输出市场信息，支撑业务交易决策。

3、统筹贸易全流程履约，协同租船、风控、财务等部门，跟进货权、单证、物流运输、结算对账工作。

4、协同完成船舶对接、航次执行，协调处理跨境业务执行中的各类突发问题。

5、维护海外合作资源，拓展国际渠道，做好合作方信息管理。

6、落实业务风控合规要求，参与合同风险审核，做好业务台账、资料归档。

7、完成业务相关报表、数据统计，配合完成内部复盘及上级交办的其他工作。
