We're looking for a driven Reconstruction Sales Rep who can connect with clients & insurance agents, navigate insurance processes, and see projects through from first call to final walkthrough.

Your Impact:

Be the face of Paul Davis to insurance adjusters, property managers, and homeowners
Scope and estimate restoration projects using Xactimate/Simbility
Guide clients through the recovery process with empathy and confidence
Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and under budget
Own your sales goals—and celebrate when you crush them

What Sets You Apart:

1+ year in restoration, construction, or insurance claims
Natural relationship-builder with a persuasive edge
Tech-savvy with estimating tools like Xactimate/Simbility
You show up, follow through, and care about the details
Valid driver’s license
