Rheumatology- Final-Year Residents & Fellows | Optum Pathways Program

Position Overview Optum is looking for career‑minded final‑year Otolaryngology Residents and Fellows to join its Physician Pathways Program. The program offers a guaranteed salary during the final year of training and a path to transition into clinical practice within a value‑based care organization that serves a diverse population across New York and New Jersey. Program Location The Physician Pathways Program will be completed at Optum Tri‑State facilities in New York and/or conducted virtually. Participants will receive exposure to primary and specialty care settings while committing only a few hours per month. Required Qualifications M.D. or D.O. Must be transitioning into their final year of residency or fellowship or early into their final year. Preferred Qualifications Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in New York. Compensation & Benefits Compensation ranges from $39.60 – $59.86 per hour. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and may increase over time based on productivity and performance.
