Lone Star Pediatric Dentistry and Braces is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily practice operations while delivering an exceptional patient and team experience.

This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, supporting financial performance, leading office staff, and helping create a positive, patient-focused culture throughout the practice.
Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish required
• Minimum 5 years of leadership or practice management experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Healthcare or dental management experience preferred
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams
Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front and back office operations
• Lead, support, and develop office staff
• Manage onboarding, training, and employee performance
• Help drive patient satisfaction, team engagement, and practice growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Collaborate with leadership and support departments to achieve practice goals
