This job involves achieving sales targets by engaging customers through chat and phone, using consultative sales techniques. It includes educating on products, assisting with digital purchases, and tailoring interactions to improve customer experience and loyalty.

Job Description

Core responsibilities:

• Virtual work-from-home role
• Base rate: $15.00/hour (non-negotiable) plus uncapped commission. Employees who meet sales performance targets earn $16,000 annually in commission, with the opportunity to earn more by exceeding targets.
• Career growth and progression plans
• Hours of operation: Sunday Saturday 8:00am ET to Midnight ET
• Must be flexible to work any assigned shift
• Shift assignments will be provided after selection and completion of all pre-employment requirements prior to the start date.

Responsibilities:

• Achieving or exceeding sales targets by engaging new, existing, or relocating customers through chat and phone interactions
• Utilizing consultative sales techniques with lifestyle discovery questions to understand and meet customer needs effectively
• Educating customers on current and emerging Company products and services, building value to overcome objections and close sales
• Assisting customers with the digital buy flow process, ensuring accurate order completion or facilitating it on their behalf
• Customizing interactions and narratives to improve customer experience and loyalty
• Providing responsive, on-demand engagement via chat and phone
• Multi-tasking between simultaneous chats with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in a dynamic sales environment
• Collaborating as a committed team player, supporting growth and development within the sales group for continuous improvement
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Compensation

Base Pay: $15.00Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $22.69Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
