POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an energetic, hard working person with a passion for great service for our growing call center. We are a local manufacturer who prides itself on the quality of our products and service to our customers. This is an inbound & outbound calling position following up on existing database leads to rekindle sales opportunities. This is a full time position. Occasional weekend hours.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Inbound call handling & outbound calling to existing database of interested leads. Accurate, timely, and professional written responses to emails and chat conversations. Follow script and questionnaire regarding continued interest and quality of experience. Provide accurate information and keep detailed notes in SalesForce CRM.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Basic computer knowledge and skills (including Microsoft Windows). Professional demeanor in all written and verbal correspondence. CRM experience with Salesforce preferred. Call Center Experiencepreferred. Positive and engaging attitude. Ability to think in a very fast paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent attendance record.
