You'll be in charge of giving current policyholders excellent customer service by resolving billing issues, amending policies, and making policy suggestions. Additional tasks include generating policy quotes and providing coverage advice for new and potential customers. Compensation:

$55,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Make accurate modifications to consumer policies depending on the information supplied
• Stay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources available
• Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our organization
• Manage inbound calls related to insurance policy concerns, customer complaints, and general queries
• Communicate with the customers about complaints, give acceptable solutions, and follow up to ensure that the problem was fixed

Qualifications:

• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic knowledge of insurance policy procedures and schedules is preferred
• Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required

• Must have or obtain a PA Property & Casualty producer license. Training, support, study material, and guidance will be provided if you don't have this license now, but you must be willing to obtain this license within 30 days of the offer.
