Senior Super / Construction Project Manager - High End Residential

What to Expect This is a full‑time, in‑office and on‑site role in Palm Beach County, FL. You will work directly alongside the Principals and collaborate with a capable, close‑knit team that genuinely enjoys what they do. What You Will Do Lead field operations on large‑scale, multi‑phase luxury residential projects from groundbreaking through certificate of occupancy Supervise Assistant Superintendents and field staff Partner with Project Managers to build and maintain master construction schedules Manage subcontractor performance and accountability in the field across all trades Ensure full compliance with local building codes, permit conditions, and inspection timelines Conduct regular quality audits and hold the team to the firm's exacting finishing standards What We Are Looking For 10+ years of field construction experience with 4+ years in a senior supervisory capacity Demonstrated experience on luxury residential or estate projects valued at $5M or more Deep knowledge of structural, MEP, civil, and architectural construction Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills Familiarity with Palm Beach and South Florida building codes and inspection processes Valid Driver's License Medical and Dental coverage as part of benefits package Benefits Medical and Dental insurance Life insurance 401(k) with company match (eligible after 1 year) Paid vacation Standard holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Livingston Builders, Inc.
