Travel Registered Nurse Oncology Job

Overview Registered Nurse – Oncology travel assignment in Cumming, GA. Start date 08/17/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $1,790–$1,906 per week with guaranteed 40 hours. Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and other prescribed treatments in accordance with provider orders and chemotherapy certification.
• Monitor patients for response and adverse effects; perform frequent vital signs assessment and symptom checks.
• Manage IV therapies and venous access devices; ensure safe administration of all prescribed medications.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, potential side effects, safety practices, and when to seek help.
• Document care activities accurately in the electronic medical record; communicate care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Promote safety, infection control, and adherence to clinical policies; respond promptly to changes in patient condition.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Georgia
• Minimum 2 years of recent oncology nursing experience
• AHA BLS certification
• NIH Certification
• Chemotherapy certification and ability to administer chemotherapy
• No local candidates within 50 miles will be considered
• Ability to work effectively in a hospital oncology unit
