Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for cath lab patients before, during, and after procedures, including pre- and post-procedure assessments
- Assist during procedures and support PACU recovery, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Monitor telemetry, vital signs, and overall patient status; respond to changes promptly
- Administer medications per physician orders and document interventions accurately
- Document care in the medical record and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
- Prepare cath lab equipment and assist with patient transport and post-procedure care

Requirements
- Active NY Registered Nurse license
- BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications
- Telemetry competency required
- Recent CVICU/Cardiac Care or PACU experience; cath lab experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced cath lab/acute care setting
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and teamwork skills for pre/post-procedure care
