Store 2740787: 3905 Old Denton Rd, Carrollton, Texas 75007 Position Part‑time Customer Service Representative Shift Availability Overnights (Weekdays + Weekend Availability Required) Key Responsibilities Greet customers, run the register, and process cash transactions. Make purchase suggestions and sometimes work with the food program. Maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance. Interact with many customers daily and work with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks. Essential Skills and Competencies Sell products to customers. Provide excellent customer care. Communicate and hold friendly conversations. Work at a quick pace while having fun. Collaborate as part of a team to achieve daily goals. Develop creative solutions to problems. Think quickly and offer suggestions. Desirable Qualifications Retail and customer service experience. Sales associate or cashiering experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Motivation to advance in your career. Willingness to learn and have fun. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours. Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift. Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level. Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds. Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift.
