You'll help promote independence, encourage personal growth, and create a safe, positive environment where each individual can thrive. What You'll Do Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and toileting Prepare simple meals and assist with meal planning and cooking Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home environment Encourage participation in recreational activities, games, crafts, and life‑skills development Accompany individuals on community outings, appointments, and social activities Provide encouragement, companionship, and emotional support Follow individualized care plans and document services as required Maintain a safe environment while following organizational policies and procedures Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and fellow team members What We're Looking For Compassionate, patient, and dependable Passionate about helping others achieve greater independence Positive, encouraging, and respectful Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Willing to learn and grow professionally Reliable and committed to providing high‑quality care Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card within 90 days of hire CPR certification (training available) First Aid certification (training available) Article 9 certification (training available) Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally when needed Ability to assist individuals with mobility and daily living activities You’ll Thrive Here If You...
