Mobile Operations Manager

Job Description A client of Insight Global is transforming the locksmith industry with cutting‑edge robotics and mobile service technology. We’re looking for a Mobile Operations Manager to run a fully equipped mobile key‑cutting and programming van. Responsibilities Operate a mobile workshop van and travel to partner retail locations alongside 1‑2 other technicians. Provide car key duplication and programming (standard, chip, fob, remote). Deliver exceptional customer service and solve real‑world problems quickly. Use a tablet/POS system to manage sales, inventory, and daily performance. Maintain a clean, organized mobile workspace and maintain a professional appearance. Supervise 1‑2 technicians and provide training and development as needed. Requirements Experience programming and cutting car keys. Leadership experience (team lead, manager, supervisor, etc). Customer service mindset and strong communication skills. Comfortable working with and leading others. Tech‑savvy with tablets/apps; mechanically inclined. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check.
