Our Chapman Chevrolet location in Tempe is currently seeking an Express Service Advisor to join our Service Department team. In this role, you will educate customers on the importance of routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, recommend services, and provide updates throughout the service process to ensure every customer leaves satisfied. Responsibilities Schedule, confirm, and prepare for customer service appointments Determine vehicle maintenance and repair needs based on customer feedback, inspections, and mileage Create repair orders including service recommendations, cost estimates, and timelines Obtain customer authorization for recommended services and collect payment Communicate regularly with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely service completion Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and follow up regarding service satisfaction Qualifications At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience required Previous automotive service advisor or service writer experience preferred Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone Strong organizational and time management skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record Must passbackground check and drug screening Compensation & Perks Competitive Pay: uncapped commission Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented workplace Employee discounts and assistance programs Volunteer opportunities and employee engagement programs Rotating Saturdays and 3-day weekends to support work-life balance Closed on Sundays Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contributions Life insurance Paid time off and holidays Access to onsite nurse practitioners and wellness support #J-18808-Ljbffr
