Job Summary

As part of our growth and expansion, we have an immediate opening for an office based organized self-starter with a great attitude Client Coordinator. The Client Coordinator will have tactical duties supporting internal operations, sales and client success. This role will communicate with the leadership team, internal employees and customers to deliver support in alignment with business goals. To be successful, the right individual will need to be resourceful, proactive a problem solver and great communication skills. We’re looking for someone that will be an asset to the team and will be proactive in seeking out ways to help our teams run more efficient.

 

Primary Responsibilities

· Front Desk Operations to include greeting visitors, shipping and receiving

· Coordinate and schedule regular and ad hoc meetings

· Internal office support, management and supply ordering

· Executive team support

· Post office, FEDEX, UPS and other off-site errands

· Develop purchasing strategies and identify buying trends to keep the business profitable

· Conduct self-guided research to become familiar with what products and services are available as well as their costs and benefits

· Negotiate policies and contracts with various suppliers

· Keep detailed records and prepare and submit necessary reports

· Complete special projects and responsibilities

· Coordinate cross functionally among internal, external and client teams

· Manage multiple vendor portals for client software licenses

· Light data entry to update systems

· Develop a deep understanding of our products, services and customer base

· Communicate with clients
