We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes and CNC milling machines while producing high-quality precision components. The ideal candidate has strong blueprint reading, troubleshoot machining issues, and some Programming experience would be a plus.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of computer numerical control (CNC) machinery and mill operation. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high quality of our products and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines and milling machines to produce high-quality parts and materials
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately produce parts
• Perform regular maintenance on machinery, equipment and tools, and ensure their optimal working condition
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues promptly and efficiently
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and overall product quality
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Train junior machinists and operators, imparting valuable skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining CNC machines and milling machines
• Extensive knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• CNC Programming experience is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine-related issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational certification in CNC machining or a related field is preferred
• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods of time.
