Commercial Construction HVAC InstallerThe Commercial Construction HVAC Installer ensures the quality and safe installation of Commercial HVAC projects to meet and exceed customer expectations as well as ensure quality, productivity, and safety.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Work well with customers, co-workers, and subcontractorsMaintain professional relationships with buildersRun and work a job from start to finishAlways maintain a professional appearance and attitudeComplete jobs within the labor budgetComplete all necessary paperwork, job packets, change orders, timecardsBasic safety knowledge of tools and testing devicesValid driver's licenseProperly measure, cut, & drill holesFollow all guidelines for job stagingOther duties as assignedQualifications and Skills:Possesses both written and verbal English language skillsBe able to communicate effectively with consumersProficient in data analysis, using data to drive decision-makingExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsResults-driven and adaptable to changePassionate about continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and innovationsAdditional Requirements:Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to work in tight/open/high/low spacesAbility to work comfortably from a ladderAbility to manipulate small objects with fingersAbility to work in variable weather conditionsAbility to pass full background screening and drug screeningAbility to pass MVR checkAbility to travel, as needed, for projects or trainingWe Offer:Competitive PayMedical/Dental/Vision InsurancePrescription Drugs401(k) and Roth IRA with employer matching contributions of 50% of Employee's contribution up to 5% of base pay.
