Marketing CoordinatorOur client, a globally recognized leader in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support its Foodservice Marketing team across North America. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative marketing professional who enjoys balancing data analysis with hands-on execution across digital, events, and brand initiatives. The position offers strong cross-functional exposure and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact marketing programs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is based in San Francisco, CA and requires full-time onsite presence for the first six months. Following this initial period, the position will transition to a hybrid schedule.What You'll DoSupport the execution of foodservice marketing programs across North America, adapting to evolving business needs and prioritiesAssist in planning and coordinating foodservice trade shows, including collaboration with chefs, vendors, and event organizers to develop booth materials, recipe cards, and promotional assetsMaintain and update website content, including product pages, recipes, and blog posts to ensure accuracy and engagementCoordinate the production of retail (Canada) and foodservice promotional materials in partnership with internal teams and external vendorsConduct foodservice industry research using business intelligence platforms to support marketing strategy developmentAnalyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights to internal teamsCreate, manage, and review social media content across platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn, including monthly performance reportingSupport digital marketing initiatives with a focus on SEO and website user experience enhancementsCollaborate with external agencies and partners to execute PR and marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignmentContribute to ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as neededWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field2+ years of experience or equivalent exposure to a corporate or foodservice environmentExperience supporting or managing social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and FacebookStrong analytical mindset with comfort working with data and identifying trendsProficiency in Canva, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPointWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)Strong creative writing and content development skillsExperience collaborating with PR or marketing agencies is a plusTeam-oriented with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and supervisorsProactive, adaptable, and willing to take on responsibilities beyond the core job scopeCompensation & Benefits$50,000 – $70,000 /yr, depending on experienceComprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to grow within a globally recognized brandExposure to cross-functional marketing initiatives and high-impact projectsPlease submit your resume for consideration!
