The Development & Partnerships Coordinator will play an important role in that next chapter by helping deepen donor engagement, strengthen community and corporate partnerships, support fundraising efforts, and bring consistency and momentum to our development work. Warmly, Dr. Bev Weinberg, OTD, MS, OTR/L Founder and Executive Director About the Role The Development & Partnerships Coordinator is a hands-on, fully in-person role responsible for supporting and advancing Integrate for Good’s fundraising, partnerships, and development operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, relationship-centered professional who is excited to grow in nonprofit development while helping a small, mission-driven organization expand its impact and sustainability. The Coordinator will work closely with the Executive Director and collaborate with IFG’s grant writer, communications support, Board and committee members, and community partners. This is a role for someone who not only gets things done, but helps create momentum. The right person is proactive, resourceful, thoughtful, and eager to help build stronger systems and relationships that move the organization forward. Core Responsibilities Individual Giving and Donor Stewardship Process and acknowledge donations in a timely and thoughtful way Maintain accurate donor records, notes, and engagement history in the CRM Support donor follow-up, renewal tracking, stewardship workflows, and recurring donor growth Draft thank-you notes, impact updates, and donor communications Help coordinate donor cultivation meetings, tours, and follow-up Corporate Partnerships and Sponsorships Research prospective corporate and community partners aligned with IFG’s mission Support outreach, follow-up, proposal coordination, and stewardship Help prepare sponsorship materials and partnership communications Track conversations, next steps, and relationship activity Assist with sponsorship fulfillment and corporate engagement logistics Grant and Foundation Support Research foundation and grant opportunities Maintain a grants calendar and proposal/report deadlines Gather attachments, data, budgets, and outcomes for proposals and reports Coordinate with the Executive Director and grant writer to keep submissions organized and on schedule Events and Community Engagement Support fundraising events, sponsorship outreach, and event follow-up Assist with donor and partner engagement opportunitiesHelp ensure guests, supporters, and partners have a welcoming and professional experience Represent IFG warmly and professionally in community-facing settings as needed Communications and Marketing Support Support development-related communications and storytelling Assist with social media content, publishing, and campaign support tied to fundraising and partnerships Help collect and organize stories, photos, and impact highlights for donor and partner communications Development Operations and Reporting Maintain organized systems for donor, sponsor, grant, and revenue tracking Support invoice coordination, payment reminders, and fee-for-service follow-up Prepare basic fundraising and pipeline reports Help create Board-ready snapshots and internal visibility into progress and next steps Participate in weekly check-ins with the Executive Director Who Thrives in This Role This role may be a strong fit for someone who: Enjoys building authentic relationships and helping move good ideas into action Communicates clearly, warmly, and professionally Is highly organized and detail-oriented Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told every next step Is comfortable balancing outreach, coordination, communications, and systems Thrives in a small organization where flexibility and ownership matter Is energized by mission-driven work and wants to help build something meaningful What Success Looks Like After One Year Donor stewardship is timely, consistent, and well-documented Corporate and community partnership outreach is active and organized Sponsorships, donor communications, and event follow-up are handled professionally Grant support materials and deadlines are well managed Development systems are stronger, more visible, and more proactive Leadership has clearer insight into fundraising activity, next steps, and opportunities The Associate is taking increasing ownership of projects and contributing ideas that strengthen IFG’s growth Professional Growth and Advancement Integrate for Good is committed to supporting team members who want to grow alongside the organization.
