If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## ## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Program Manager** located in **Salt Lake City, UT.**Reporting to the **Program Management Manager,** the **Program Manager** will be responsible of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.**What a typical day looks like:*** Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.* In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.* Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.* Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.* Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.* Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.* Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.* Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.* In charge of customer ́s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.* Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.* Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.* Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.* Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Bachelor’s Degree in related field.* Minimum 7+ years of experience in program administration/management, with demonstrated ownership of end‐to‐end program execution and overall program health.* Advanced operational, technical, and people/process management skills, with the ability to work cross‐functionally and build strong internal and external customer relationships in a customer‐facing environment.* Expert understanding of multiple functional processes and technologies, including their interdependencies across the site(s), and the strategic impact of the function across locations.* Strong execution and communication skills, ensuring on‐time delivery, clear stakeholder communication, and effective use of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) for reporting and analysis.* Deep knowledge of Flex operations and business practices, with demonstrated expertise in complex technical or functional areas; prior experience leading or managing small teams.#LI-EA1EA42SS26AA01CH12MS14CC11EC37PF38JS21NV60FL75**What you'll receive for the great work you provide:*** Full range of medical, dental, and vision plans* Life Insurance* Short-term and Long-term Disability* Matching 401(k) Contributions* Vacation and Paid Sick Time* Tuition Reimbursement## ## Job CategoryOperations## NoFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
