You'll be the creative force behind marketing promotions, merchandising, social media, and student engagement programs that keep our dining community excited, engaged, and coming back for more.What You'll Do:Drive all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities across the dining operationSupport sales growth through voluntary meal plans, retail, and catering promotionsPlan, organize, and host events and promotions — including national brand and vendor partnershipsServe as a brand ambassador, connecting guests with our products and servicesGather guest feedback and support market research initiativesOwn our digital presence: manage web content and social media strategy to grow followers and engagementCreate client-facing and external communications, including reports, presentations, and news contentJump in wherever needed — including occasional evening or weekend shifts to support the businessWhat We're Looking For:Associate's degree in marketing, communications, or business — or two years of equivalent hands-on experienceA hospitality mentality: you're obsessed with creating marketing moments that engage and delightStrong organizational, time management, and communication skills (written and verbal)Comfortable presenting and partnering with large groups; you easily engage and connect with the on site operations team to ensure marketing plans and content is effectively communicated and implementedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Social media savvy — you know how to build brand awareness that resonatesF&B or hospitality marketing experience is a plus, but not required — what matters most is that you understand the power of storytelling and the connections food createsBonus points for graphic design experience with Adobe Creative SuiteWhy Join Us:At Bon Appétit, we believe dining is more than a meal — it's an experience.
