Molecular Account Executive - Clinical MD We seek an experienced sales professional to manage medium to large accounts in Colorado and New Mexico, exceeding sales targets while building lasting relationships with key decision makers. The role is field‑based and requires living within 50 miles of the territory. The Opportunity Account management: promote Roche products and services, develop strategic account plans, deliver differentiating messages and quantifiable economic value, negotiate and close sales. Business development: generate demand, expand network, identify new opportunities, provide education and information to customers. Strategic initiatives: implement sales process improvements, prepare proposals, conduct territory planning and routing, perform business analysis. Collaboration: work with internal colleagues, share best practices, network in industry/customer organizations. Location and Travel Territory: Colorado, New Mexico. Must live within 50 miles of the territory. Travel expectation: up to 50% overnight. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of sales or equivalent experience. Participation in an approved accelerated development, fellowship or rotational program may be considered in lieu of experience. Preferred Requirements Good oral and written communication skills, including impactful presentations. Proven leadership abilities. Negotiation, contracting, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work in a regulated environment. Strategic planning and organizational skills. Compensation and Benefits The expected salary range for this position in Colorado is $86,700.00 – $169,000.00. Actual pay is based on experience, qualifications, geographic location and other job‑related factors. The position is eligible for incentive compensation per the applicable Incentive Compensation Plan. Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting.
