MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Basic QualificationsBasic QualificationsGenerally has 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s or post-secondary degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education.Experience with manufacturing engineering processes or policiesAbility to facilitate cross-functional teams and discussions to drive resultsProject Management ExperienceAbility to read and interpret drawings and industry specificationsAbility to read and interpret Statement of Work/Statement of RequirementMust be able to obtain a secret clearance if requiredExperience capturing, aggregate, analyzing, and presenting data that effectively Desired SkillsBackground/Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or similar field, or equivalent experience/combined educationLean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certifiedExperience with Process Simulator, SIMIO, or other capacity analysis toolsExperience with problem solving techniques, tools and methodologies, such as root cause corrective action (RCCA)Statement of Work or Requirements writing experienceAbility to drive process improvements and/or root cause/corrective actions utilizing quantitative analytical methodsStrong understanding of end to end procurement processes, including sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier performance managementProven ability to support cost-optimizing for affordable, high quality products on schedule and in complianceUnderstanding of both FAR and Middle Tier/Rapid Acquisition PathwaysKnowledge of common missile and/or sensor subsystems and supply baseKnowledge of automated manufacturingPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
