Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily pharmacy operations, maintaining high standards of service and patient safety.
• Manage staffing and workflow to ensure efficient pharmacy practices.

• Oversee medication safety programs to minimize risk and promote best practices.
• Collaborate closely with hospital executive leadership including the VP and Chief Medical Officer to align pharmacy goals with organizational objectives.
