Assistant Manager

Join our growing, family-owned company as a Assistant Manager representative, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager and ensuring customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on providing professional and efficient service to our customers, and we are looking for a motivated individual to help us maintain our high standards in the automotive paint, body, and equipment market. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, including order processing, backorder management, and product-related inquiries Assist with inventory control and replenishment processes Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments Support the Store Manager in maintaining a safe and clean work environment Follow proper paint mixing procedures and maintain mixing room equipment Adhere to waste control procedures and government regulations Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager Qualifications High School Education or equivalent Working knowledge of Windows, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Excel, and Word Ability to multi-task, establish, and coordinate work priorities Capable of lifting and moving parts up to 50 lbs and occasionally assisting in moving 500-pound drums Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision Knowledge of the automotive paint, body, and equipment market (preferred) Knowledge of the paint mixing process (preferred) Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday #J-18808-Ljbffr Air Comfort, Inc
