ACCOUNT MANAGER – WHAT IS IT?
We are seeking motivated Account Managers to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a sales territory through cold calling, B2B prospecting, and servicing existing accounts. You'll build strong customer relationships while helping clients maintain inventory and equipment, place orders, and identify solutions that improve their facilities.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can build relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Successful Account Managers are resourceful, adaptable, resilient, and driven to achieve results.
This role offers a rewarding mix of sales and customer service responsibilities, providing variety and opportunity in your day-to-day work.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve sales goals through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and upselling
- Build brand awareness within your assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, demonstrating the value and capabilities of our products
- Implement and sell innovative customer programs designed to create unique value
- Provide service to commercial businesses, government buildings (federal, state, and local), educational facilities, and healthcare/industrial facilities
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Ability to travel within the local market area using a personal vehicle; valid driver's license required
- Residency within the assigned territory is required
- Strong customer service orientation and desire to support customer needs
- Proficiency with tablets and iOS platforms, including iPhone and iPad
