Spa & Fitness Attendant

Position: Spa & Fitness Attendant at Troubadour Golf & Field Club, Nashville, Tennessee. This part‑time, hourly role will work May through October 31, with a starting pay of $18 per hour. Key Responsibilities Greet members with a warm, friendly and sincere welcome upon arrival. Educate members about products or services that can complement their treatment. Provide members with a thorough and knowledgeable understanding of spa, salon and fitness services. Actively promote the Wellness Program, treatments, retail, and available promotions. Offer anticipatory service, including beverage and snack suggestions. Listen to and address member requests, responding with appropriate action and accurate information. Demonstrate the highest levels of respect, sensitivity and concern for members' needs and issues in a professional and pleasant manner. Inventory and stocking of guest supplies and linens. Assist with daily set‑up of food and beverage items, replenish spa pantry and snack display. Maintain a clean and orderly presentation of all retail items. Communicate low inventory and maintenance issues to the Spa Manager. Conduct daily cleaning and inspection checklist, noting inconsistencies and communicating to the Spa/Salon Manager. Prepare rooms for treatments. Retrieve and return loose equipment to designated area throughout the day. Empty trashcans and dispose bulk garbage in designated bins. Clean and maintain all fixtures, woodwork, walls, windows, parking lot cleanup as needed. Vacuum daily, moving furniture and equipment as required. Distribute all soiled laundry to designated bins. Thoroughly clean sinks, mirrors, glass, countertops, walls, vents, windowsills, equipment, and floors throughout the spa/fitness center. Maintain safety, sanitation and disinfection standards in compliance with state/OSHA and DLC SOPs and guidelines. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required; additional degrees and certifications preferred. Prior experience in luxury resorts, spas, or private clubs preferred. Detail‑oriented; able to multitask and work well independently. Outstanding people skills and warm, friendly personality. Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and operations. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; long hours possible. Team work ability. Ability to stay calm and focused during busiest times. English proficiency; additional languages preferred. Meet physical demands: indoor/outdoor, standing, walking >8 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds.
