If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being part of a team that values excellence, this is the role for you.**Who You Are**:* **Hospitality Enthusiast**: You’re passionate about creating a welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.* **Detail-Oriented Professional**: You notice the little things that make a big difference in cleanliness and presentation.* **Reliable Team Player**: You show up ready to contribute and support your team every day.* **Safety Advocate**: You follow protocols and prioritize a safe work environment for yourself and others.* **Positive Problem Solver**: You approach challenges with a can-do attitude and a commitment to excellence.* Veterans and military spouses encouraged to apply.**What You’ll Do**:* Hand-fold terry items, blankets, and spreads to meet daily operational needs.* Track linen and terry production, reporting concerns promptly to avoid delays.* Operate laundry equipment safely and in accordance with hotel standards.* Attend departmental meetings and provide coverage in related areas when needed.* Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.* Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions and ensure satisfaction.* Follow OSHA safety protocols and departmental procedures for emergencies, chemical use, and protective gear.* Maintain a positive attitude and professional conduct at all times.* Comply with all Housekeeping and hotel policies and procedures.* Regular attendance in conformance with standards.* May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.* Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.* Perform other duties as assigned.**Your Qualifications Include**:* High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.* Previous experience in a laundry role preferred.* Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.* Basic English skills preferred.* Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.* Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25lbs repetitively during entire shift.* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
