· Leave Management
· Payroll management
· Database tracking and management
· Employee Admin and payroll grievance management
· Employee master data management
· Accounts management
· Full and final settlements
· Experience, relieving, joining, appraisal and other administrative letters
· Preparation of HR compliance documents
· Preparation of HR templates
· Preparation of HR policies and guidelines
Skills and requirements:-
· Excellent communication and verbal skills.
· Problem solving capabilities
· Teamwork and collaboration.
· Learning mindset.
· Multitasking.
· Knowledge of Microsoft office, emails, tally, meeting schedulings through calendar.
· Proactiveness & continuous improvement.
Experience:-
· Maximum 1 to 2 years experience in above skills.
Educational Qualifications:-
· B.Com or equivalent or higher or any Graduate degree with relevant skillset.
Salary:-
· Competitive, commensurate with experience.
