Construction Supervisor

Thoughtforms is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee on-site residential construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring work meets quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and building codes Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project partners Monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve issues or delays Maintain project documentation (permits, RFIs, reports) Develop and manage construction schedules and sequencing Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Qualifications Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (required) Experience in residential construction supervision or similar role Knowledge of building trades (carpentry experience preferred) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore) and Microsoft Office OSHA, LEED, PHIUS, or similar certifications (preferred) Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred) Job Details Full-time, W-2 position On-site role (no remote work) Compensation & Benefits Salary: $85,000 to $130,000 per year (based on experience) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short- and long-term disability insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with profit sharing Equal Opportunity Employer Thoughtforms is an equal opportunity employer.
