Line Cook- Smokey Joe's

Job Title

Job responsibilities include receiving and preparing food orders according to standard recipes, coordinating pick-up orders, maintaining cleanliness of work stations and storage areas, controlling waste, managing inventory, applying safety and sanitation procedures, and assisting in training line cooks.

Qualifications

Preferred experience includes obtaining and maintaining necessary licenses and certifications. Physical requirements include reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twisting at the waist. Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds and stand or walk for duration of shift. Minimum of six (6) months of experience as a cook.
