We are looking for a confident, organized, and team-oriented Commercial Plumbing Superintendent with experience running large commercial and industrial plumbing projects. Position Summary The Plumbing Superintendent has full responsibility for managing the field operations of assigned projects. This role oversees the daily work of all field personnel and coordinates subcontractors to ensure the project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Pay Scale: $40-$45 per hour , depending on experience Our Benefits Health Insurance: Multiple health plan options available. We pay 100% of the premium for one individual plan. Work Hours: 40+ hours per week, Monday-Friday, with overtime as required Qualification Requirements Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience, including oversight of projects, budgets, schedules, and quality control At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in commercial plumbing Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with a diverse team Ability to clearly communicate expectations, work rules, scheduling practices, and operations procedures Strong safety knowledge related to tools, testing equipment, and worksite surroundings Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office OSHA 10 and 30 certifications Ability to travel to out-of-town job sites as needed Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor field personnel Ready to Lead the Way?
