CSR Insurance Rater ILocation: Hartford, CT 06183 Duration: 12 months (Possibility of Extension) Pay range: $20/hr - $21/hrHybrid in Hartford, CTJob ResponsibilitiesAnswer phone calls from insured requesting additional details surrounding Wind Mitigation ProofReview mailed and emailed proof of wind mitigation installationUpdate Policy informationUsing formulas, calculate refunds and send for processing.Other Tasks AssignedAssess Evidence of Windstorm Mitigation provided by customersUpdate policies based upon the evidenceDocument provided evidence in the appropriate imaging repositoryCalculate any required refunds based upon date of evidence and policy data provided via spreadsheetsAnswer phone calls from customers re Windstorm Mitigation proof based upon letters mailed by client.Special ProjectThere is a special project where we need to reach out to all NY property customers to solicit information on any windstorm devices and offer a credit if warranted.
