As we expand our national sales organization, we're looking for a motivated, results-driven Insurance Agent Recruiter to help us attract talented insurance professionals and build a high-performing team.

We're seeking an experienced recruiter who understands how to identify, engage, and hire licensed insurance agents in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

This position will play a critical role in growing our agent workforce by managing the recruiting process from initial outreach through hiring and onboarding.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable working with recruiting technology, and motivated by measurable results.

• Agent Sourcing: Proactively identify and recruit licensed insurance agents through Indeed, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Candidate Screening: Evaluate applicants for relevant insurance experience, communication skills, licensing qualifications, and overall fit with our agency.
• Interview Management: Conduct interviews, and maintain an efficient hiring process.
• Recruitment Pipeline: Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates to support ongoing hiring and company growth.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to maximize engagement and reduce candidate drop-off.
• Hiring & Onboarding Coordination: Work closely with licensing, contracting, training, and management teams to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to active agent.
• Recruiting Technology: Utilize applicant tracking systems like monday.com and indeed, to manage applications, document candidate progress, and streamline workflows.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key recruiting metrics, including qualified applicants, interviews, offers, hires, onboarding completion, and agent readiness.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.

Required:

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring priorities simultaneously.
• Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting tools.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Preferred:

• Previous experience recruiting licensed insurance agents, particularly in Medicare, health insurance, life insurance, or related industries.
• Familiarity with insurance licensing, carrier contracting, and agent onboarding processes.
• Experience recruiting for call centers, insurance agencies, or high-volume sales organizations.
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or other senior insurance products.
• Experience developing creative sourcing strategies and building referral networks.
