Job Title: Litigation Legal Secretary

Location: Dallas, Texas

Salary/Payrate: $60-75k annually, bonus and AWESOME benefits!!!

Work Environment: Hybrid (3in 2out)

Job Description:

AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary to join one of its clients in the Northeast Dallas area. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience assisting a litigation team with secretarial duties. This position will support a team of litigation attorneys with various duties. This candidate must have experience performing secretarial duties with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Opening matters in document management system;
• Saving new incoming documents and final drafts;
• eFiling (state and federal);
• Preparing document shells;
• Assisting with travel arrangements;
• Assisting with reimbursements;

Experience:

• 5+ years of secretarial experience in litigation.
