Answer Telephones, assist with follow up appointments Schedule Patients Canceling and Re-Scheduling Patients in System(s) Patient Check In and Out Collect Copayments and Counter Payments Assures completion of required forms Scan and Index Documents into System(s) Account for Daily Encounters Balance Cash Drawer Transmission of Documents to All External Entities Prepare Paperwork for Daily Clinic Enter Demographic and Insurance Information into System(s) Post Charges and Copayments as Appropriate within Billing System Manage Outstanding Patient Balances and Collect as Patients Flow Through Clinic Environment Convey Overpayments Call and Confirm Appointments Photo Documentation for Charts Manages Pharmaceutical Reps, Samples, and Meetings Throughout Office Coordinates Identification and Insurance information with On-Site Lab Draw Station Coordinate External Lab Pick Ups Support Physician and Co Workers in General Administrative Tasks EEO is the Law #J-18808-Ljbffr RadNet, Inc.
